Amane Misa

Gomenasai! Very late blog post. This shoot was for my Sydney's Supanova's Pop Comic Expo cosplay in June! This year I was dressed as Amane Misa from the anime called 'Death Note'.

Misa is a young Japanese model who comes across a notebook with a title on it reading 'Death Note'. Soon she comes to realize whose ever name she writes down, will die of a heart attack 30 seconds later. Later she learns that she can control her victim before death, and chose how to die by writing in the note book in a certain way. She teams up with school student, Light Yagami, who also has a death note, in order to take down the world criminals.

Amane is very hyper-active and childish girl, and often speaks in 3rd person. She is generally quite nice and charming to all she meets, but she can become quite jealous very easily as she warned Light that if he were to see any other girl, she would kill them.

Multiple years before the series started, Misa witnessed the death of her parents after a thief broke into their house. After Light killed the theif when he got the notebook, Misa swore herself to him and to help him fight justice.

Camoflage with Frends

I am absolutely obsessed with my new 'Frends' headphones! Their SO gorgeous and provide really good sound. For those who are not familiar with 'Frends' headphones, the black caps I have on can twist off for buyers to personalize with a different style of cap. I currently own two styles, (the ones above and an all gold cap) but there are so many more to choose from.
The headphones come is two colours and two styles; black and white, and taylor and layla. Although the sound quality is really good, I can't have them on my head for long. I find them quite heavy and they start to hurt the top of my head after awhile. Just one more fault I have for them, the sound control on the wire does not work on my Samsung Galaxy phone, however I know they work for apple. Not a big deal, but still.

A Silent Doll's World

This month I was in the process of moving and had to select a couple different pieces to keep out of boxes to wear. I thought a simple white blouse would be perfect to keep as it is a very neutral, simple item, not grabbing someones attention so much.

Lvl up your Kawaii

Spent the day out in Chatswood, attempting to buy Christmas gifts for my family but ended up getting distracted by so many yummy Asian food. '7D dried mango' is slowing becoming my life now, can't not buy it whenever I'm out at Chatswood.
For my outfit today,I decided to go for an adorable pastel colour scheme. Got my invader Zim Gir backpack on with a simple but cute suspended skirt paired with my jelly shoes. Was tempted to wear an Astro Boy top instead of the plain white to level up my kawaii , but thought it'd be a but over the top.
